Your order will be shipped 3-5 days after you have placed your order. Most orders will ship with DPD, on a next day service, where we will use your email address to send tracking information and your 1-hour time slot on the day of delivery. Any other orders will ship with TNT also on a next day service, unfortunately for this method of shipping we are unable to provide a 1 hour delivery slot.

We accept American Express, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, ApplePay, Google Pay and Shop Pay on our online store. For products that are not available to shop from our website, we also accept card transfer or BACS. Card payment can be made over the phone with our accounts team for these also.

We do not currently ship outside of the UK through the MYDIS website, however, if you would like to place an order and are based outside of the UK please contact us for a personalised delivery quote sales@mydis.com

The cost of shipping is £6.00 to anywhere in the UK. Customers may incur additional charges for heavier items.

We offer returns for products that are unused and unopened. These products must also be returned in full. The buyer pays for return. Please contact us if you have received a damaged product or have an issue with your order. Our returns policy is visible on every product page.

The alcohol-free solution has passed the following EN testing at up to 30 seconds contact time. EN testing are tests that credit whether the solution is capableof attacking and killing viruses.

Our alcohol-freesanitiser is HSE certified. These tests indicate the solution is effective andsufficient is eliminating viruses it comes into contact with.

The MYDIS solution inside the liquid or gel disrupts the membranein viruses which kills the bacteria. The use of MYDIS sanitisers reduce risk ofpeer-to-peer infection.

The MYDIS Alcohol-Free solution works in a similar way to alcohol-based solutions. The main difference with the MYDIS Alcohol-Free solution is that it attacks bacterial with less contact time on skin which makes it ideal for repeated use.

Spray surfaces from approximately 30cm to ensure even and complete saturation. No wipe down is required, simply leave to evaporate.

Most surfaces can be disinfected using our surface disinfectant as it’s been formulated to not discolour any surfaces. However, please test a small, inconspicuous area first.

Our formula kills 99.99% of bacteria and disinfects in a matter of seconds. Ideally this product would be left to evaporate, however if a wipe down is required, please wait approx. 5 seconds to be sure.

Our sanitising stations are a significantly larger product and is unique in it’s looks as well as it’s features. These units are Wi-Fi enabled and allows the user to display information, advertisements, and more on-screen. Our dispensers follow the traditional, compact look of normal hand sanitising dispensers.

Refilling frequency varies with the level of use. Our stations can hold 4 – 5L of hand sanitiser solution in a single cartridge whereas our dispensers hold 1L.

They can both be either purchased with a stand for flexibility of movement or wall-mounted for permanent use.

The system is simple and easy to maintain, simply refill the cartridge and rinse the catching tray periodically.

The service can be requested with expert installation including loading your media on your sanitising station system for effective advertising and/or wall-mounting installation if necessary.

Our products can be used with most sanitisers; however, our stations and dispensers are sold with our own hand sanitisers.

Yes, if used within specified guidelines. The solution is completely safe and can be used without PPE. For any questions or concerns please view the SE20 handbook or contact your supplier.

No – the solution is odourless.

The product will not leave any residue when fogging if used within guidelines. Once evaporated, you’re good to go.

The maximum spray distance is approx. 6-meters, but we would recommend closer range (dependant on space) for optimum and complete coverage. When full, it can cover approx. 8000sqft

The space can be re-entered immediately after the fogger has been used, however we would recommend allowing the cleaning solution to dry before touching any disinfected surfaces.

Our fogging units and solutions are specifically designed to be able to be used by anyone as part of daily routine – without any PPE. Although, we do recommend use of our expert team in order to initially ensure the room is correctly and thoroughly disinfected.

Our fogging units allow for a significantly quicker cleaning time by covering a larger area and uses less solution thanks to it's fine spray application, saving you both time and money.
